As for embedding it in the page so it's streamable, you have to <embed></embed> it.

Or, you can just link to .3gp videos. Works, too. Tube8.com does this when the video page is accessed with an iPhone. Use the UserAgentSwitcher addon for firefox to see.

this sound pretty good. my videos are already ok, i know that. i am now trying the embed tag
