BUT
This happened in July of 2006.
The FL dept of health didn't file an action until Feb of 2007.
The girl is filing a lawsuit NOW claiming that
when the whole purpose of her going to that clinic was for them to "kill her daughter".
The timing of all the events and the girl filing a lawsuit over this just smells funny to me, that's all. I have a feeling we're not getting the whole story.  |
The only fishy part is the girl. Sounds like she decided that she made a bad decision and wanted to take it out on somebody. As fast as the government goes, I'm surprised they took action within six months.
