I eat a few of those foods that you just listed. Some such as the beans I'm not doing very well with. I do drink Vanilla Soymilk each day, though. That is made from soybeans. I tried eating canned chili (Hormel, Bush's Best, and one other brand) and it tasted aweful. Maybe the only way to eat chili is to make your own. But I'm not that good at getting myself to do that. Especially with beans, you have to soak those overnight.

I scoop a half cup of Quaker Oatmeal as my first meal every day. Broccoli, I do have brocolli in the freezer, but I don't eat it as often as I should. It is one of the TOP 5 veggies to eat, too. This vegetable really fends off diseases like no other. Cabbage, no. Potatoes, I love them, but don't eat them as much as I should. They're another veggie that's really good for you..especially sweet potoatoes. Nuts, I get those every day. I always eat an ounce of almonds every day. Walnuts are the top of the chain for health when it comes to nuts, though. I just don't like the taste that much. I did try to get used to them once. I suppose I should try again.
