Well, first of all, most of us work from home and rarely leave our desk. I'm a victim of this myself. I rarely leave the house.
I recently quit smoking - it's been a year now (yea me) and combined with a ankle injury and the fact it's fucking cold out, well, I've gotten lazy. This morning I went running with my dog and worked out. I'm glad to be getting back into it. I'm also on a new diet; I'm fucking starving right now. But I've lost a lot of weight quickly before once when I bulked up so I'm okay with it. I just need to loose it and stick with it.
