you are making your own assumptions as facts, when stating your argument. you have the assumption that tube = illegal, stolen. i state again, i do not host, or grab the flv videos. the scraper only acquires the embed code, freely available on the tube sites. that is it, only when the embed codes are interpretated by the browser, they load the videos from the respective tube sites. it is impossible to check whether each videos on those tube sites are stolen or not, and is not my problem, its the tube sites problem and you.
