Ok so how did the cops know who the dealer was... someone rated him out and Phelps asn't been charged... HELLO!!!
Listen I think it's sad to see this all happen like this but my nose... And I got a pretty good one for that kind of shit leads me to say Phelps talked and most probably cried as well ;-)
