b)asked to have a picture of him smoking a bong
c) asked for said picture to be released to the media

Personally I think given it was broken by a UK gossip rag that they are using this to get him to change his mind about the 2012 olympics. London needs for him to compete and he recently said he had not made a decision on it yet. If he and Bolt decided not to go they loose out on their two big draws. That is obviously pure speculation at this point though.
