Now that's what i call service
What happened to me irl today totally reminds me of what's going on in this industry nowadays.
The honest people who go for satisfying their customers and make sure they rebill or the assholes who take from each member as much as possible at once and make sure he will never ever buy something again.
I ordered some frozen meat online but i fucked up. I used the correct street but wrong postal code. This happened 2 days ago and by tomorrow the meat is not usable anymore. I mailed the company i ordered from today to ask if they can trace where the package is now hoping i could still find it in time and they replied to me real quick how they we're sorry and that i have to call the postal company first thing tomorrow. And fuck me, they offered me 2 free steaks with my next order.
So they did do nothing wrong yet they apologize and fucking offer me 2 free steaks. And guess what, i'm gonna order again from them for sure. And probably 10 times more because any company who treat their customer this way deserves to keep that customer.
Imagine ordering those same steaks and getting 2 extra charges for god knows what and when i mail them i get no reply. Sure they have my 150 bucks but they also lost a customer that might be ordering with them for years.
