Actually, *this* is what's wrong with contemporary society.
If the woman in question is an adult, then she can sure as hell deal with the consequences of her actions like an adult. And one of the consequences of punching someone is that you get punched back.
If someone, man or woman, doesn't want to get hit by me, there's a simple way to avoid it:
Don't fucking hit me.
