Reading this thread again and no re-living it literally.
My daughter had her cleft Palate Surgery Yesterday.
The surgery was fine but she had complications with breathing and stopped breating again.
Landed us in the ICU all night. Again.
Very rough night.. She's breathing on her own now. Very unexpected recovery. We were hoping for the best and its happened all over again.

Damn that sucks man, I went to the hospital once with my cousin when he had surgery on his cleft lip, I was to young to really notice much, probably around 7, that's some serious stuff.
Good luck and I hope she does good. I'd hate to see bad shit happen to you, you're one of the better posters on this board.
