I did some bullshit ghetto pilates class this summer that was only a half hour.....So since I've been lifting weights, doing yoga, and hitting the treadmill for the past year, I figured that I'd try integrating pilates into my workout for this three month stretch until June...
I got on the treadmill for ten minutes prior before going in there....It was all women and one other old but in better pilates shape than me man.
We did the little resistance band thing for 55 minutes and it was fucking brutal...My fat ass was sweating up a storm....I could hang at first due to the yoga classes but then it got hard as fuck...All the young and old women around me didn't seem to have as bad a time as I did....
But I'm going to take my ass right back in there on Tuesday and do some more Pilates....My exercise routine plus my supplements has revolutionized my sexual potency...I can now both beat up and fill up the pussy at the same time....I'm a beast now and it can only get better...
So if you're a fat pasty pale slob of a webmaster, get rid of the cigarettes and get your fat ass in a gym....You can still smoke weed though

....A lot of y'all in here have plenty of free time so there's no fucking excuse for you not to be working out....And then something will happen...Once you start working out and see the other in shape women in the gym, you won't want to come home to a fat slob....
I just started dating a big woman and she's half assing on her workouts....If she doesn't quit with the 15 minutes a week of her workout tape at home, she's gonna get the boot....
