What?! You're crazy dude. Yes, condoms protect against herpes.
They're aren't 100% with herpes or HPV, but they aren't 100% with
anything. People with herpes and HPV can still transmit them through contact with skin not covered by the condom.
This doesn't mean condoms are inefective against either HPV or Herpes, it just means they're not the best or absolute protection. But then again, nothing is.
You shouldn't be claiming people are uneducated about STDs and then go shout some misinformation about it yourself.
