That is about 1 in 450 people that have actually been caught and convicted. The real number is probably much, much worse.
45% of "sexual offenses" are indecent exposure.

this whole "sex offender" shit has gone fucking wild lately. mainly because of the fucking media and new outlets making it out to seem like every sex offender is some child molester or violent sex offender.

mooning someone could land your ass with a sex offender conviction. - think about that shit.
