Knowing the type of traffic a successful adult site can pull,
they don't want cheapo's to ruin their cost ratio. GoDaddy can afford to give away free sites because they host a bunch of 'em in the cheapest virtual environment ever.
Pay for your hosting instead of expecting a free ride and everything will be fine. Follow the law and you won't have anything to worry about.
