Killing based upon race or belief is ridiculous. Controlling the population through reasonable means is not. Eugenics does not necessarily mean lining people up by the thousands and marching them into gas chambers...
Limitting the number of children one can legally have is an option. Taxing the right to have children is another. Making parenthood an earned privilege is something which in my opinion should be done. When a family has two unemployed parents, living on welfare, and has a house full of children, you know what? Maybe it's time to sterilize the fucking parents. If you can't support 1 child on your own, what fucking right do you have to bring 5 more into the world so that the taxpayers can raise them? They more than likely will grow up uneducated, malnourished, and unfit to raise their own children. As is the case here.
What do you want to bet that bitch has like 4 kids by the time she's 25? Seriously, she is never going to be able to raise this child properly.
Population growth must be controlled. If you can't viably support your offspring, you are likely one who should be feeling the effect of this control the hardest.
If you are grossly underaged, and there is no way your family can support the costs of another child, there should be no questions asked. Forced abortion. Come back when you have a job, education, and some basis for raising a child thanks.
