13 year old kid in juvenile court the other day being charged with "posession of child pornography"

A group of his peers drew a picture and no one would own up to it..so they charged one of the kids with this shit. If the prosecuting attorney gets his way, the kid will be put away and made to be a registered sex offender.

Repulsed me that they can slap that label on anyone they want .
