I think the TOS in general are WAY out there but that's likely in the fine print everywhere... i.e. "godaddy entirely at their own discretion, etc. etc.". Oh well... I like them to register a domain name, their big, less likely to go under especially in these times.

You should be okay with them, I worry about my domains also, but if a register decided to take your domain...that might be grounds for a lawsuit. Just hope your jury is not too conservative when your domain is licksweetpussygrandma.com
