I think it would be a "negative association thing" where the industry even bringing it up and publicizing it would only bring negative thoughts toward the industry as a whole, even though it may only be a very very small percentage problem in reality, by taking a public stand it may put the issue into the public's mind where they assume that it is a high percentage problem in the industry
