My mom just watched the local news for Lawton, OK (KSWO) and she said that the news reported that the Comanche County Sheriff's Department has caught the 2 teens but they have been released to their parents. The cat has been turned over to a veterinary clinic and will remain there until the conclusion of this. The sheriff is going to present the case to the DA to decide what charges to press.
