Like I said, him parents must be humiliated. I know I'd be. Or the kid may have been raised in a household where that behavior is ok. Either way, he made a huge mistake and now his name is all over the internet and he will permanently hold the label of an animal abuser. |
Typically animal abusers come from bad family environments. My guess is that he is either beaten or just given no attention. Normal kids who grew up in loving households don't torture the family pet.
