Warchild, I get what you mean now. When I said the parent should be humiliated now, I meant they should probably feel very humiliated right now. I know I'd be. I can't even imagine having to sit and think up a punishment for such a thing. I didn't mean the parents should be humiliated by others. They already are, I'm sure.
Jeffery Dahmer abused and tortured animals before he started doing it to humans. He lived with his grandmother. I forget what the situation was there. When I started reading the book years ago, my cousin borrowed it and never gave it back. But that guy was fucking psycho at a very early age. No idea if it was his environment or just some sort of major imbalance.
It pains me to think of what the kid has already done up to this point. The cat really didn't seem that surprised or freaked out. He just cowarded down and almost seemed like he was used to it. That's just my take from watching the vid though. Who knows?
I agree that the reprucussions of 4chan will far outdo what was necessary in the first place. He will never live this down.
Me and my daughter are both following this and she sees how fast this blew up. She completely understands if she ever fucks up in a major way, she had better not do it on the internet. The end result may be much more than what would normally be expected.
I found it amusing how the news station found it necessary to state that they have had more visitors to their website than ever before. Funny stuff.
