If this was a grown man doing this then fair play, but a 13 year old kid? Theres a thread on here about a 13 year old guy who just became a father and everyone is saying how he is so young, he couldnt possibly be responsible and know what he was doing. The same applys here, he is only 13. I like most here probably used to put salt on slugs, mix red ants with black ants and watch them fight and all that sort of stuff with insects. Its comparable imo.

There is a difference between becoming a father at 13 and abusing an animal. Kids at that age are curious about sex and that is normal. 13 is way to young to be a father because you can not afford a baby and you have no idea how to take care of one. Choking and hitting a cat is not a normal thing to do at the age of 13. By that age you know better than to abuse animals. There are 13 year olds that are tried as adults for murder. I do not think his life should be ruined, but he does need some counseling. His actions are not normal.
