Thanks for the notification Oracle. I have re-activated the account. Our system is set to ban accounts that have certain attributes that indicate fraud (I explained this more in the email). We realize now you are a good webmaster and it was never our intention to ban you out right.
Like other programs we have had a large volume of fraud in the past year. So much so that we have automated some of the banning. I have set your account so this will never happen again.
I am definitely willing to immediately reimburse you for the down time. I have sent you an email with the details and an explanation of the customer service you received.
