Once you have uploaded your clips, and start posting some. 'Sometimes' there is a delay in your store billing going live. I dunno why, and very annoying. Has been that way for years. I just email them and get it rolling as soon as live. E-mail
[email protected] and tell them you are live.
They will turn on your store and processing.
