yes my form works fine, not only did I reply to you, I sent your partner an update on where I am as well.
I can resend the email if you like, but everything is working fine on this end. But yes, I replied to you.
And to add, yes, I just got your second email and am going a reply to you shortly. I did my emails first thing when I got up, and yours came in moments ago... I assure you I will reply.
