My Skills:

• Photoshop
• HTML/CSS/Table-less design (exclusively table-less since 2004!)
• Flash (AS2 & decent at AS3)
• Some JavaScript/jQuery
• Decent at PHP though not great.
• I can integrate any CMS like Joomla (IX Games , IX Download ), Wordpress (PimRoll Blog , AdultElite Blog , Porn.com Blog ), etc. I know my way around scripting and can integrate design quite nicely without fucking up the code (AEBN Webmaster site [Cold Fusion], AEBN Main Theater skin [Java]).

AEBN's theater skin, BTW...they wanted it widened to accommodate 1024 but said it was impossible with their hard-coded template system. I did it 100% with CSS, free-weights and protein bars :D

With AS, JavaScript and PHP I tend to accomplish what the project requires even if I have to learn as I go. I learn quickly too :D
