This. It's not quite as 'tweakable' as all of those dumbass '8 different programs' ugly windows solutions with links to calculators to figure out bitrate, yourself - but this works, requires little work, and with AEC, you can get a decent backup. I need to backup my Profit DVDs- the pilot DVD is skipping like hell.
