Well I sent them a email to Sarah I guess she is our contact. Before they get a dime I need a full accounting of each transaction. We did $1300 and change with their direct debit and they are saying we owe $1089. So that means most of it never went thru and someone was asleep at the switch.Does this mean $1089 worth of memberships got free access to my product? That why we pay them to process and watch over the money. I will let you know their response.
