You may be able to get some Webmaster that has some basic skills in that to help.
You aren't really doing back link building, that's just building websites and doing trades. Which will have seo benefits - but it isn't backlink building.
Not knocking or anything.. lots of great Webamsters running around that would prob love a stable income and that sounds like a nice long job for someone
