I have a lot going on, and I know having all these things done are important short and long term. I just have my finger in a lot of pies, and much of it requires more of my attention and resources.
To teach my helpers, who do not have basic knowledge or HTML, would be a timely process that over the LONG TERM may help. But in the short term would actually take MORE of my time.
You're right. Some smaller webmasters may be willing to do this grunt work for some consistent money while working on their other plans, sites, and so forth. But finding a good blend of skills set, and balancing out the cost is always tricky when farming out work.
