We use Mobile PPC traffic CPM banners on major WAP portals. We have also templated out WAP sites for Webmastes as part of our affiliate program. Then those Webmasters add a Mobile section to their existing Websites. These templates then act as a tour and push that traffic to us kind of like a mobile MGP.
