I don't see how they can do it. Are they really just gay? Either way, I think its a health concern personally. I wonder if eventually someone would start up a site and "out" all those who do that so that girls know (if they care) exactly who they are working with. Even still, they could be banging guys off camera and no one would know. Its pretty scary even to think you could pick up some slut at a bar who earlier that day got fucked by 5 guys and who one or two of those guys were fucking other guys even earlier that day... and so on.
