However, we are unfortunately not hiring full time for this position at this time.
I'll definitely be talking to the others that posted here/e-mailed me today.
I'm not "firm" on no design firms - if you operate a smallish shop and don't mind the back and forth of an "employee experience", then by all means. We are not looking for a "here is what we want, please make a pretty template" type of design shop (already have that part done!).
