We have also experienced some downtime occasionally... once was due to a bad script they ran that caused a problem with their firewall for a bunch of servers and another time their DNS was being DDos's at 6GBps... but I think that both situations were something that any host could have experienced.
When I login to the account admin there has been the same message for some months...

Ya that and the fact dey been down a lot this past year. I got 2 servers left at the natnet after migrating to my host who I be happy with now. I'm on the fence bout moving them out also
