3...2...1.. until random rep comes in to say he knows another rep who is a good guy and is working on this problem.
6...5...4.. until that rep comes in and says it was a mistake and the problem is fixed
9...8...7.. until it's found out that both those people used to work together and were a part of the same company
12...11...10.. the denial begins and they never knew each other. then backpedal and admit to once, some time in a past life meeting once, backpeddal more and say they worked with a company who got caught for fraud and they don't use them anymore
15...14...13.. another thread is started about the same thing. same company. same billers. same scam. and the process starts all over.
