Call the head office for the car manufacturer for your area. So if it was a Chevvy and you live in Tampa FL call GM USA. You get the picture. Be polite and explain the situation. Actually I was a service advisor for jaguar, mercedes benz, land rover, acura. Did it for almost ten years. Calling corporate and going insane is the way to go to get action. Especially if the deal did all the services. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Actually if your service advisor was worth a shit he should be approaching his service manager to make the call for you if you have gotten all your services thru them. you should have to pay little to nothing thats bullshit.
Also when talking to corporate if you belong to any orgs let them you will tell anybody who stands still long enough what a piece of garbage car nissan makes.
