If your an investor and looking to buy domains and hold on to them, this might be the best time to buy. But if your a person selling domains and looking for cash right now it's not a time to be selling. Right now investors are looking for deals and looking to get something for hardly nothing right now. Looking for someone to buy your assets right now is going to be rough since investors right now with the cash are hanging on to it so the pool of investors looking to take a risk right now is small. I'd say in the next year will be the best time to buy up assets if you have the cash in my opinion  . Just depends on how you look at it.
