gotta agree.. It would be worth a lot more if you had a working TGP on the domain even if it was a static TGP just listing your own list of FHGs
Trying to start a TGP today is not like it use to be and blogging and tubes are the future so the domain without a current site/traffic isn't worth as much as it could be
but good luck with selling it and stuff!
