The design was actually the redesign of a Top Girls Page.He had only to add something to make it different then the rest of the pages .
What he delivered was in the end some page where he copy pasted parts from the profile of the girls ...

Some people asked why they don't ban him .I think is better to know who we deal with and just stay away rather then banning him and coming back with another name harder to spot etc.
