This may sound crazy, but try Flaxseed oil.
Someone told me to take it for the dry skin I get in the winter and I noticed my anxiety dropped to almost nothing a few days after I started, plus it actually did help with the dry skin.
Any Omega 3 will work, but I don't eat any animal products so I use flaxseed oil. But a good fish oil capsule works too.
I guess Omega 3 fats are very important to normal brain function and most people don't get enough.
A bottle costs less than $10 so it's worth a shot.
