Sarah, those don't add up as anything negative or a mark against you. Just don't run adsense on it you wont get paid for it. I've had several sites the same thing happen and still get paid like clockwork on my active ones.

Google has a very fine line and they are cryotic about their rules so it's a crapshoot sometimes. For example. if you site had no content on it, that will get it flagged.
