Thank you for everyone who has made an offer so far. I've gotten offers from other venues that I am exploring right now.
Offers of $300k or more will be considered, I've also offered (in private) to other buyers to escrow 50% of the sale price to be released after 6 to 10 months of sustained turnover and profit with my part-time involvement in the business.
