Ummmm, dude, in your original post you said "Anyone that doesn't believe this just look at my site processing visa," and you pointed to that other site.
Now that it's been established that the first site isn't actually an adult paysite, you point to another site - as yet un-launched - and assure us that PayPal has told you they will bill for that one.
