If you honestly believe that anyone other than yourself is causing you to fail you need to:
1. Grow Up
2. Get a grip on reality
3. Start taking responsibility for your own messes, failures, etc.
If you can't manage that, you will never be short of problems and people to point fingers at. It is pretty pathetic that you can't see you are your own worst enemy. While it may not help that you get bullied, it doesn't mean you have to acknowledge it.
You are doing EXACTLY what they want you to do. You are being used for cheap entertainment.
My advice... Steps 1 through 3 and move on.
