There is no need for assault weapons at home - the constitution was made in a time of conquering and invading, so it was necessary to have the little population that there was, armed and ready to fight to defend the country. |
FACT American mainland was not attacked during WWII because we were armed to the teeth. Admiral Yamamoto said the main reason Japan never attacked mainland US was because the citizens were armed.
We are STILL living in a time of conquering and invading. What do you think Iraq and Afghanistan are?
