The fact that he actually mentions Brenton Woods (and the fact that the planning for a post-WWII economy went down long before the end was in sight!) is going to go right over the heads of 90% of even the college-educated population.
He's what an elected official should be, not some goon in a well-cut suit that spouts platitudes and makes promises that simply cannot be kept.
