I had some outrageous delay with this and I called epass support (international phone call, btw). After 10-15 minutes on hold, I finally got to talk to someone. At first, the so called "customer support representative" wasn't even aware that paypal/epass withdrawals were possible and he argued that it's forbidden, then he implied I was lying, then he'd take a look, then "it's impossible to do this", and so on. After 40 minutes of international phone call, I gave up with that idiot and contacted Paypal. They told me I was right, the error was on Paypal's side and that I'd see the money in epass in a few days, which finally happened. Luckily, this happened only once (I do a lot of Paypal/Epass withdrawals), because a financial company with only 1 (one, ein, uno) CS representative that knows what he's doing is a real nightmare. I'm wondering if epass pays those monkeys something or they are there just for free to fuck up things, I never heard a single story of anyone having any success on his/her epass communications other than with MichaelO
