No doubt in my mind. There's an ex cia pilot who outed a few ex-presidents some years ago who after doing so disappeared off the map only to show up a couple of years ago dead and washed up on the shores in Panama Canal. He leaked detailed documents where he personally delivered at least one load to this certain ex president. Even shook his hand. They never "told" him what he was delivering but he always checked everything he carried so once he figured it out he started logging every flight, contents and who received of every flight for years. It's been awhile since I went through the whole story but he and some other "official" out of Columbia or Mexico don't remember which used the docs as their insurance policy. After he leaked them both were eventually killed.
