NEWS FLASH: Congress controls the money, not the President.
They gave us the Community Reinvestment Act and all of the entitlement programs which are all bankrupt.
It was Obama's buddies in Congress who gave us this mess. It was 50 years of entitlements and welfare spending which destroyed our manufacturing base.
