Ok, so I order 10 cheap laptops I need for copying many dvds on some orders we have.
Ordered on dell.com I choose bank wire in advance.
Confirmation comes in by email.
I wire the money (urgent swift because I am in a hurry) 10 mins. later and see the money leaving my account 3 hours later.
12 hours later I get an email my order is cancelled BECAUSE I ORDERED 10 LAPTOPS.
They tell me to ORDER 5 LAPTOPS AND MAKE 2 DIFFERENT ORDERS.....WTF???
. How can a client order too much if he already fucking paid in advance.
Here's the email they send me:
Dear Customer,
We have cancelled your Dell Order NLXXXX-XXXX-XXXX
as the quantity is more than 10 laptops please please place 2 orders for 5 laptops .
